SHIPPING & HANDLING IS A FLAT $3 ON EACH MEMORY CARD.

(This charge covers shipping fees, cost of shipping materials, and processing time.)

Orders will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days (monday thru friday,not including weekends and holidays). If there are any problems with an order, the customer will be notified immediately to remedy the situation. If a color selection is out-of-stock, we will try to contact you for a prefered color substitution BEFORE we substitute an in-stock color for you.

* Memory cards will either be shipped from our retail store in michigan (Ultimate Game Zone), or from our warehouse in california. Packages are usually shipped via US Postal Service. When your order is shipped out, you will receive an e-mail with a conformation number.

*Your order should arrive in 4-6 mailing days.

*At this time, we ship within the continental united states (48 states).

RETURN POLICY:

If you receive a defective product, we will replace it for you. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees. As soon as we receive the returned item, a replacement will be sent out to you.

Unused items may be returned, however there is a RE-PACKING charge on all returned items. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees. As soon as we receive the returned item, we will issue a credit on your credit card, minus the re-packing fee
